NEW RECYCLING FUND LAUNCHED (SCOTLAND) - Posted: Jun 03, 2010



Social Investment Scotland has joined forces with Zero Waste Scotland
and Community Recycling Network for Scotland to provide a new £800,000
grant/loan fund called the INCREASE Investment Fund. The purpose of
this fund is to provide up to 50 per cent funding in the form of a grant
and the balance in the form of a loan for not-for-profit community
sector organisations to improve the waste prevention, recovery,
recycling and / or re-use capability and infrastructure across Scotland.
The loan component will be provided through Social Investment Scotland
and the application process for both elements will be done
